Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email hello@BlastBuddy.com as soon as possible with your order number to receive your return authorization. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately cancel your order and refund your payment to the original form of payment.
Return of Defective Product
If your item is defective, please contact us at hello@BlastBuddy.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and specific product defect(s) so we can quickly resolve your issue! After submitting your return request, our team may need evidence of the product defect(s). Should this be the case, you will receive an email with a link to upload images of the items and packaging. If your order is eligible for return, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address. After your return has been received, the purchase price of your returned product(s) and the shipping cost will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Damaged Product Policy
While we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, we are not responsible for any damage to products that occur during transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we are happy to assist by communicating with the carrier on your behalf and provide any necessary documentation or evidence we can to support your claim for a refund from the carrier.
If your product(s) are damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@BlastBuddy.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and how we can assist. We truly appreciate your understanding in this regard.
